Rubber belt

A belt is a flexible band, typically made of leather, PVC or heavy cloth, though rubber ones exist. It is often worn around the waist to support trousers or a skirt, or to give shape to a dress or coat, and it serves for style and decoration. Some belts, especially rubber ones, are elastic for a snug fit.

Belts are used in BDSM for hitting people, often as a pervertible, and as bondage devices.
