Czernich]]. It is produced in Germany and is published in both German Language and English Language editions. Heavy Rubber magazine was started in 1996 after a large interest was shown in the specific latex and rubber fetish articles and fashion sets in the flagship [[Marquis (Magazine)|Marquis Magazine]]. Rather than converting the main magazine to focus specifically on this one area, Czernich decided to develop a second magazine to focus wholly on this one profitable area of the latex fetish subculture. The Heavy Rubber Magazine explores and publishes many extensive and fantastic stories and scenarios dedicated to the intense latex fetish desiring consumer market, such as full [[enclosure]] and actual conversion to be able to wear [[latex clothing|latex rubber costuming]] as a natural part of the wearers' own bodies.
