Marquis
Marquis is the incorporated name of the Peter W. Czernich series of production companies. The title of the company refers to the historic Marquis De Sade, though it is more focused on latex fetish, rather than the associated BDSM ideas which some people directly link with latex clothing.
Marquis covers several different fetish productions, including magazines, films and clothing lines, as well as public events and parties. The most noted production is the original Marquis magazine; started in 1994, it is still going and still primarily produced and photographed by Czernich; it features many notable fetish performers.
Heavy Rubber magazine was started in 1996 to focus on more intense and specific heavy rubber fetish than the primary magazine.
Marquis Films are usually published and released once a year. These fetish film productions from Czernich feature some notable fetish ideals or performers. In the past, Marquis films produced the genre defining White Room and Fetish Academy series, as well as more intense fetish films including The Bizarre Laboratory and more than one film a year releases.
Marquis (retail shop) is a retail purchase locale that directly sells the Marquis label products to the general public. The products are also available online.
Marquis Online Shop is an online clothing store available in English, French, German and Spanish.
Miss Marquis France
In 2010, Julien and Marilyne, the organisers of the Bal des Supplices, restarted Marquis France, proposing a French version of the famous magazine. For this occasion, they launched the Miss Marquis France contest, electing the best French-speaking fetish model to represent Marquis magazine and the French fetish scene.
