Suspender boot

A suspender boot (American garter boot) is a thighboot that has suspenders at the top so that it may be fixed to a suspender belt. Such boots typically come almost up to the crotch.
Such boots are sometimes part of superheroine costumes, for example the one worn by Silk Spectre as played by Malin Akerman in the film Watchmen.
