Victim

A victim

In a BDSM or bondage scene, the victim is the person who is tied up (the captive) or suffers the punishment. A victim is usually, but not always, a submissive or a switch (someone who can be either a dominant or a submissive).

It is possible for both or all of the players in a BDSM scene to become victims. For example, they may take turns to punish each other (especially if there are two switches), or there may be a turnaround.
