Piss pants or pee pants are latex shorts which are designed with a pouch attached to the crotch. This pouch is fitted with a tube and clamp. Urine can be collected in the pouch, and drained into other containers or a suitable submissive victim.
They are more commonly worn by men, but it is also possible for women to wear them.
