Tim Woodward

Tim Woodward is the CEO of Skin Two magazine. He co-founded Skin Two Magazine with Grace Lau in 1984 and now also run the annual Skin Two Rubber Ball Weekend.
He studied at the London College of Communication and worked in publishing and hedhunting for publishers. In 1983 he discovered the Skin Two fetish club, leading him into the world of latex fetish.
