Upskirt

Upskirt is a view up the bottom of a skirt or dress allowing the viewer to see someone's upper thighs and possibly their panties (or the absence of panties). This is more likely to happen if the skirt is extremely short (a miniskirt), especially if it is loose (see easy access skirt).
NB: In many circumstances, seeking to get an upskirt view, especially by the use of a hidden camera, may be a criminal offence.
