Body bag
A body bag is a bondage item consisting of a long bag, used to enclose someone for a prolonged period of time, for bondage alone or sensory deprivation.
Body bags can be fairly loose (often then called sleep sacks) or more restrictive. Several options are available, such as integrated hood, extra zippers, inner sleeves, straps, etc., most of which increase the restrictiveness of the item. Serious body bags are almost inescapable, and require a partner. Sleep sacks, however, can often be used solo.
Body bags can be made of any of a range of materials, such as leather, Lycra, canvas or latex. Moulded latex body bags tend not to be very sturdy, and are more suitable for sensory deprivation/sensation play. However, they can be much more affordable than glued latex body bags.
