A spanking catsuit is a catsuit made with a large hole at the rear so that the wearer's bottom is uncovered. This makes it easier to spank the wearer. However, such garments may be worn for reasons other than spanking (for instance, humiliation).
There may also be holes over the breasts so that they are also uncovered; this may add to the humiliation.
